Everything was perfect, breakfast was free of charge and varied. Got good sized deluxe twin room with balcony when arrived, loved that. It was nice to have a balcony, a safe box, and an iron. Had an amazing stay for three nights, do recommend this place.

Everything was simply spotless. Truly enjoyed my fantastic stay for 4 nights. The marvellous and brilliant location was around 4-6 minutes away by foot from Mausoleum of Hadrian. It was located in a nice area near the Stadio Olimpico for the rugby, other tourist places, and Occtiviana Metro station, an excellent base for me. The breakfast was perfect with very good coffee and croissants, for instance, perfect to start my day.

Had fantastic stay for 4 nights and the weather was wonderful. The location was awesome and magnificent, so close to many wonderful restuarants, Vatican and Ottaviano metro station and tourist hotspots, especially the Vatican and Castel sant Angelo.

The room is luxurious and reasonably spacious and equipped with a little refrigerator, climate control, and an iron. The location is marvellous, restaurants and wine bars were close enough to the hotel.

We had a wonderful stay at a charming establishment in a convenient location. The room was comfortable and clean, and the breakfast was delicious. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met. we highly recommend this hotel.

Great-sized units with tasteful decor, comfortable bed, as for instance. Residential location, not too far away from a large plaza.

This was a fantastic stay for three nights. We had a fabulous and fantastic room with balcony and everything was spotless. The location was marvellous and brilliant, you can visit Ottaviano by walking😀

Located in a bustling neighborhood, within walking distance to popular sites like the Vatican and Ottaviano metro station, making it convenient for exploring the city. It's also close to the bus stop from the airport, offering an easy transfer. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with amenities such as WiFi, room safe, iron. The breakfast is varied and delicious, with great service from the staff.

Some minor maintenance issues, like a few loose parquet floor slats and a leaking shower, were reported by guests.

Make sure you stay in the superior queen room with the view of the garden.

i had a very nice city break and would return here. i truly enjoyed that it was clean and gorgeous, the stuff where exceptional and rooms were top-notch.

I had compact, top-notch room with modern design and biscuits plus the lovely garden, had good night's sleep.

We had a great value for our money with a clean and comfortable room at Domus Terenzio. The location was perfect, within walking distance of tourist areas, and the staff were exceptionally helpful.

The breakfast could have had more variety.

Fantastic service offered, well presented and well-appointed room with high ceiling, clean comfy beds, as for instance. Particularly good and amazing setting short walk from a tube station.

Wi-Fi signal was very weak.

Convenient location for SIT bus shuttle. Friendly, helpful staff. Comfortable beds and spacious twin rooms. Enjoyed garden view and balcony. Well-priced minibar. Plentiful breakfast with fresh fruit and delicious cakes.
